If you want to be sure to have a successful experience when you try the popular watersport Stand Up Paddle for the first time, we recommend that you book yourself on this intro course.

A SUP intro course has a duration of 1.5 hours and includes:

- Get on the water safely 

- Paddle straight out and turning correctly right and left 

- Getting from kneeling to standing 

- Learning about safety at sea

- Small fun races and balance training  

You will be introduced to the equipment and basic paddling technique and, together with an instructor, you will try out the sport in a fun and informal way.
