SUP Fitness

SUP Fitness is an unique way to work out the whole body in a very fun way.

While anchored to a platform to avoid drifting, the instructor will guide you through a wide rage of excerises inspired from fitness and pilates always adapted to the level of the participants. Experience versions of planks, squats, push-ups, burpees and cruches.

The benefits from doing SUP Fitness is a strong core stability, strength and a better balance. The best part is, you can't help but smile during the whole thing.
