Beginner-friendly and fun yoga with a yogamat on the water. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing and give your balance an extra challenge.
Yoga on the water is something quite special and now you have the opportunity to try SUP yoga at SamSurf. With the boards anchored in the water, you can experience a gentle and different kind of yoga that gives you the opportunity to zoom in extra on your balance and presence in the moment. Whether you have tried SUP before or not you are very welcome - you get a short introduction on land before we go on the water.
Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Venue: At the beach flag on the beach in front of Ballen Strandcamping

Please bring the following:
- Tights or shorts and a t-shirt/long sleeved
- Sunscreen
- Dry clothes to change into after the session
- A bottle of water. You can fill a bottle with drinkable water on the location.
