Yoga on the water is something quite special and now you have the opportunity to try SUP yoga at SamSurf. On a paddleboard anchored to a fixed point in the water, you can enjoy being guided in strengthening exercises and gentle stretches.
A gentle and different form of yoga that gives you the opportunity to zoom in extra on your balance and presence in the moment. Whether you have tried SUP before or not you are very welcome - you get a short intro on land before we go on the water.
We can usually go into the water with our equipment and it is therefore not a requirement that you can stand on the SUP.
