

SUP fitness is a training offer for those who want to try a new and fun way to strengthen the body.
On a SUP board, one can perform a variety of exercises, including the plank, squats, lunges, push-ups. Doing fitness/pilates on a paddleboard challenges your stability and activates more muscle groups than traditional exercises on land.
The benefits of SUP Fitness include improved core stability, increased strength in arms, legs and back, improved balance and coordination, as well as a fun and different workout experience in nature.
The lessons are always adapted to the participant level so that we ensure a fun training experience for everyone.
**Are you a beginner? **
Even if you have never tried SUP before you are very welcome. We lay our paddleboards to an anchor so we don't drift. We can usually go out to this anchor point.
