Self-service all weekdays 08-20 On a small tow truck in the water at the campsite, the equipment is ready for you. 3 paddleboards 3 paddles 3 leashes (are clamped and clean of sand) 3 swimming vests (40-120kg.) If you are looking for a children's vest, please look in the cushion box closest to the kayak trailer at the entrance to the campsite. Wetsuit If you want a wetsuit, these are available in size. XS - XXL. You will find them in the cushion boxes v. the white picket fence v. the kayak trailer opposite the campsite kiosk. Security Always remember to check the weather forecast before going on the water. Offshore wind is a mischievous cousin and in wind strength more than +6m/sec. you need to be extra careful not to drift offshore. Great pleasure. \ -Emma

Rent of SUP equipment
Oplev Ballens kyststrækning fra vandsiden med en tur langs kysten på SUP. Med i lejen følger ud over udstyr en kort men grundig introduktion på land om padleteknik og sikkerhed. Cruise en tur til Ballen Havn for en lækker is eller kig ind på en af Danmarks flottest beliggende Golfbaner i Besser, nord for Ballen. Minimums alder for leje er 13 år. Børn under 13 år kun i følgeskab med en forældre i vandet som støtte. Børn under 5 år kan komme med ombord på forældres SUP board gratis. HUSK: Din leje starter på det ønskede start tidspunkt og strækker sig så lang tid du har ønsket i din booking. Lejer du udstyr uden for åbningstid, følg da gerne instruksen v. udlejningsstationen. Stand Up Paddle Intro Course
If you want to be sure to have a successful experience when you try the popular watersport Stand Up Paddle for the first time, we recommend that you book yourself on this intro course. A SUP intro course has a duration of 1.5 hours and includes: Get on the water safely Paddle straight out and turning correctly right and left Getting from kneeling to standing Learning about safety at sea Small fun races and balance training You will be introduced to the equipment and basic paddling technique and, together with an instructor, you will try out the sport in a fun and informal way. Open Air Yoga
In the afternoon sun, I invite you to gentle and nutritious yoga everyone can join in. With a view of the harbor and the sea, to the sound of a bird's whistle, to the smell of grass and to the feeling of fresh air on our faces, we enjoy the four night together. Here's talk about drop-in concept, so just come five minutes before we start and get yourself a good seat on the lawn. Please bring clothes according to the weather, your own yoga mat or other type of mat, a blanket and possibly some drinking water to quench your thirst. \ *in case of inclement weather (strong wind and/or rain) the event will be cancelled and you will receive direct notification and 100% refund.

SUP Yoga
Beginner-friendly and fun yoga on a paddleboard. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing and give balance an extra challenge. Yoga on the water is something quite special and now you have the opportunity to try SUP yoga at SamSurf. On a paddleboard anchored to a fixed point in the water, you can enjoy being guided in strengthening exercises and gentle stretches. A gentle and different form of yoga that gives you the opportunity to zoom in extra on your balance and presence in the moment. Whether you have tried SUP before or not you are very welcome - you get a short intro on land before we go on the water. We can usually go into the water with our equipment and it is therefore not a requirement that you can stand on the SUP.

SUP Fitness
SUP fitness is a training offer for those who want to try a new and fun way to strengthen the body. On a SUP board, one can perform a variety of exercises, including the plank, squats, lunges, push-ups. Doing fitness/pilates on a paddleboard challenges your stability and activates more muscle groups than traditional exercises on land. The benefits of SUP Fitness include improved core stability, increased strength in arms, legs and back, improved balance and coordination, as well as a fun and different workout experience in nature. The lessons are always adapted to the participant level so that we ensure a fun training experience for everyone. *Are you a beginner? * Even if you have never tried SUP before you are very welcome. We lay our paddleboards to an anchor so we don't drift. We can usually go out to this anchor point.

Sunset & champagne
Experience the breathtaking sunsets of Samsø in a completely unique way - on a guided SUP tour in the glow of the sunset. The tour starts from Kolby Kås harbour, where you and your fellow travellers will be greeted by a knowledgeable guide who will introduce you to your equipment and safety instructions. When you are all ready, you calmly walk out into the water, overlooking the spectacular evening sky that gradually transforms into shades of golden colors. Along the way we will take a break where we can enjoy a glass of bubbles, as the icing on this unforgettable experience. You can let yourself immerse yourself in the moment, while the sun slowly disappears behind the horizon and the colors in the sky intensify. Maybe a guinea pig or a curious seal will show up and say hello. This unique combination of activity and relaxation allows you to discover Samsø in a whole new way, while nourishing your soul with the island's natural beauty and the tranquility of the water. A sunset ride on SUP with bubbles is not just an experience, it is a memory for life that will be remembered for its beauty and simplicity. The tour is max 4 km long and takes place at a slow pace.

Sunday Funday er en hyggelig og sjov padletur langs Ballens kyst. Instruktøren introducerer dig for et par legende øvelser undervejs. På turen er der fokus på hyggen og legen. Vi padler max 4 km alt afhængig af vind og vejr. Det er en fordel hvis du har prøvet SUP før, men som sådan ikke et krav for at deltage. Hvis du vil være sikker på at mestre padleteknikken og få den bedst mulige oplevelse på et søndagens funday hold, anbefaler jeg, at starte med et intro-kursus for begyndere.
